We are seeking an experienced CSA Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major data centre construction project in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity to take full commercial responsibility for a high-value project, working closely with the project management and construction teams to deliver world-class results while maximising commercial returns and mitigating risks.
You will play a pivotal role in the financial management of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) packages, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the project.
Manage tenders, subcontractor selection, and finalisation of orders.
Prepare and agree on valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and cost control throughout the project.
Work closely with the project team to support value engineering and design development.
Maintain and protect the company’s commercial and contractual entitlements.
Identify and mitigate commercial and project risks while maximising opportunities.
Oversee documentation, insurance, warranties, and project administration.
Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations when required.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects.
Strong commercial awareness and CSA package expertise.
Excellent knowledge of contract law, dispute resolution, and risk management.
Proven experience working with JCT, NEC, or similar contract forms.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
EU passport and the ability to work in the Netherlands.
